Katherine Heigl sure was very much ready for the New York cold on February 12. She was spotted in New York City while leaving her hotel with her mom Nancy and cute little daughter Naleigh. Katherine was in town to shoot her upcoming romantic comedy flick New Year’s Eve.

Katherine certainly look very chic with her winter ensemble. I’m sure you’ve noticed her lovely eternity scarf. Well it’s certainly difficult to miss considering how chunky it is.
